Good morning Chambers,

For those of you thinking you might like to be considered for the Chamber of the Year Award I am enclosing for you an application for you to fill out, I would be happy to sign on your behalf. As you know we had the Kamloops Chamber of Commerce win this award in 2007 and they proudly reflected that on every email and advertisement over the past year to their benefit as well. I have also included a flyer on BC Chamber Benefits for your review.

We failed to initiate a District meeting in January due to everyones busy schedule so I would like to see if we can try this again for mid February.

Which will work for you:
February 6, 8, 11,13,15, 18 – 27th
May I ask that each of you check your calendars to see which date will work for you by January 31st and advise me by return. Williams Lake again will be our host Chamber for the meeting.

Williams Lake isn’t available Feb. 17 – 23 as that is Chamber of Commerce week and also Claudia will be attending the tourism conferences (2) in Vancouver.
