Good morning Chambers,

Well the Annual BC Chamber AGM is upon us May 22 – 25 in Whistler. I look forward to seeing as many from our District as possible and going over our current policies that our local Chambers of Commerce have put forth, for any clarification so we can vote as a District in passing them on the floor. That will take place on the Friday morning.

As we have done in the last 3 years, we have been successful again in gaining 4 passes to the Merritt Mountain Music Festival, 1 reserved camping spot in the elite camp spot in the Corral, a Meet and Greet a Star for 4 with possible autographs and 4 programs. Roughly a $1,440 value.

What I would like to do is try and have something from Each Chamber as a District Chamber Live Auction Item, so if you can gather wine, acrylic glasses, golf passes, sweatshirts, golf umbrella or whatever you feel your Chamber would like to commit to donating to the District Basket for the winner of the Merritt Mountain Music Fest Passes. That being the theme, can we work around that and create an amazing basket.

I would enjoy hearing from each of you as to what you might be able to send to my office, so that we can build this spectacular basket prior to May 20.
