Good morning Chambers,

As the BC Chamber AGM is during May 22 – 25 in Whistler this year, I would like to try one more effort to have a District Meeting in our district prior to then to discuss the policies being presented, gaining our District’s support on each of them, and as well to gain an item from your community to put in our District 10 Live Auction Basket. We have already gained 4 Full Event Passes to the Merritt Mountain Music Festival; this is our 4th year we have had them on board.

So please, I urge each Chamber to see what we can accomplish for the second week of May.

My Available Dates are May 12 – 15, and I hope that one of these dates will work for most of you to meet in Williams Lake.

Claudia, of course will have to confirm that one of these dates will work for them to host us.
